The latest LED auxiliary light from Viklight, Nord 2.0 160W, takes the classic round auxiliary light to a new level.
It is E-approved for road use and has a reference number of 45, resulting in impressive range. With a lux at 732 meters (463 meters ECE mode), a single Viklight Nord provides incredible visibility.
Position lights that can shine either orange or white. This is a feature that can be selected using two separate ignition wires. It's important to note that the position light, like all position lights, is not legal to use on public roads, regardless of color.
The installation of the Viklight Nord is simple, with a prepared mounting at the rear for auxiliary light rods should stabilization be needed.
To ensure durability, the Viklight Nord 2.0 has a fully covering lens that protects against corrosion and paint damage from stone chips. Additionally, the paint has been improved compared to older models to keep the light in top condition for a longer time.
What else is needed for installation?
The auxiliary light does not include its own wiring harness but has a DTP connector that works well with our DTP wiring harness VIKRELA-DTP (one wiring harness per light is required). The wiring includes a fuse, relay, and switch.
Nord has a two-pole DTP connector, but an adapter to 2-pole with separate loose ignitions for the two different position lights is included, as well as an extra cable for ECE mode. The wiring harness VIKRELA-DTP does not have a connection for the position light.
