Shipping & Returns Policy
Welcome to Viklight. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for deliveries, returns, and warranties. These terms apply between Stonehill Parts AB (Org. nr 556850-9953), hereinafter referred to as "the Seller," and the buyer.
1. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Costs: Based on the size and weight of the shipment. Available shipping methods and exact prices are presented at checkout.

Delivery Time (In-stock items): Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once handed over to the courier, delivery usually takes an additional 1–2 business days.

Out-of-stock items: Delivery times vary. You will receive a notification with an estimated delivery date. If the estimated time cannot be met, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge.

Uncollected Packages: We charge a fee of 250 SEK for orders that are not picked up from the service point. This covers our costs for shipping, return shipping, and administration.
2. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 30-day "Open Purchase" policy for both private and corporate customers from the date of receipt.
How to make a return:
- Contact Customer Service: You must contact us at info@viklight.com before returning any items to receive a Return Number.
- Condition: The item must be returned in its original packaging, in undamaged and resalable "as new" condition. If components are missing or the item is damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund value or reject the return.
- Return Shipping: * For your safety and ours, we provide a trackable and insured return label for a fee. Instructions will be sent via email once your return request is approved.
Note: We do not accept returns sent via "Collect on Delivery" or returns sent to service points/agents. Returns must be delivered directly to our warehouse. - Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return. Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are refunded, but the return shipping cost is not.
Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong item, please follow the return process for the incorrect item and place a new order for the correct one.
3. Claims & Complaints
If a product is damaged or differs significantly from the description, you have the right to file a claim.

Procedure: Contact us at info@viklight.com with a detailed description, your invoice number, and photos of the product/fault.

Resolution: We will first attempt to repair or remedy the fault. If this is not possible, we will replace the item or provide a full refund.

Transport Damage: Visible damage must be reported directly to the courier/agent upon collection. Hidden damage (found after opening) must be reported to our customer service immediately.
4. Warranties

Please see the specific product descriptions for warranty periods.

Warranties are valid from the original invoice date and cover normal use in the product's intended environment.

Warranties do not cover abnormal handling, negligence, or fair wear and tear.
5. Disclaimers & Responsibilities

Compatibility: Information on the website and in manuals is for guidance only. It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure compatibility with the specific vehicle construction.

Installation Costs: The Seller is not liable for costs related to installation, troubleshooting, or modifications unless agreed upon in writing beforehand.

Liability: The Seller is not liable for direct or indirect damage to persons or property resulting from the installation or use of the products. We recommend professional installation for all lighting products.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
By using viklight.com, you consent to our data protection policy (GDPR). We use your data to process orders and, with your consent, for marketing via email or SMS. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in our communications.
